As JGH Group continues its growth journey, and to meet the needs of a fast-growing project portfolio, JGH Group has established a new Operations Department, consisting of a team of dedicated engineers and project managers whose sole focus will be on project management and delivery.
“JGH is growing, as is the size and scope of our projects. We have created an Operations unit to absorb the demands of that growth and ensure a tighter focus on project implementation,” says Alex Davey Thomson, Head of operations. Alex will be responsible for leading the new functional unit, as well as standardizing the approach to delivery and commissioning of JGH projects.
“We are working closely with our colleagues in the Commercial departments to ensure that the manner in which the execution plays out during contract phase closely aligns with the commitment in our offers.”
Once a contract is awarded, JGH Operations will step in and execute the projects until delivery.
“Our clients and partners will experience a closer contact to JGH Group, with a tighter dialogue which focuses on their projects and their needs.” Alex Davey Thomson says.
