Alex is responsible for project execution at JGH Group.
He holds an Msc in Architecture from K.U. Leuven, Belgium, and spent over 15 years as an architect and construction project manager before joining JGH.
The first part of Alex’s career was spent designing and building medium to large scale construction projects within Europe. He specialized in implementing sustainable construction technologies.
The second part of his career was with Doctors Without Borders, Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), an international NGO providing healthcare in emergency contexts. He was responsible for a portfolio of complex hospital construction projects in Afghanistan, Iraq and the Central African Republic.
Alex took the opportunity to use his background to face new and exciting challenges. He is now deploying his expertise in project management to ensure the smooth running of JGH Group’s international contracts.
Alex is a native New Zealander who has gained Belgian nationality and is fluent in both English and French.
